6 Ramble Celina Project: Ramble Celina is a mixed-use community being developed in the city. It is set to add 4,000 new homes to Celina. Update: The project is still under construction but model homes are expected to be available beginning in April 2026, said a spokesperson for Hillwood, the developer behind the project. • Location: between Preston and Custer roads • Timeline: homes to become available April 2026 • Size: 1,380 acres 7 Mirabella Project: Mirabella is a 285-home neighborhood that will be built in Prosper. Update: Highland Homes and Tellus Group, the builder and developer group behind Mirabella, announced the creation of the neighborhood in an April news release. Builders are expected to break ground on the neighborhood in the summer. • Location: northwest corner of University Drive and Custer Road • Timeline: completion expected in 2026 • Size: 190 acres
Update: Celina City Council approved a development agreement for the project in May. • Location: corner of Frontier Parkway and Preston Road

Project: Yardly Frontier is a new community in Celina that is expected to cost $60 million and include some 246 units. There will be a combination of one-to-three- bedroom single-story cottage homes, as well as two- story homes with garages. Update: The development is currently under construction. • Location: Northeast corner of FM 1385 and Tudor Place • Timeline: Complete in 2027 • Size: 4 acres 5 Yardly Sutton Fields Project: Yardly Sutton Fields is a new Celina community that is expected to cost $55 million to build and include 150 homes. It will feature single-family detached two- story homes with two-to-four- bedrooms. Update: The project is currently under construction. • Location: Northeast corner of FM 1385 and Tudor Place • Timeline: Complete in 2027 • Size: 3.8 acres
8 Prosper Arts District Project: The Prosper Arts District is a mixed-use development set to include retail and office space, as well as multifamily units and hotels. Update: Developers are still waiting to break ground on the project. • Location: northeast corner of Shawnee and Prosper trails.
