THE VUE The Vue at The Crest Park is a 10-acre park within Woodforest that will include a pool, a 4,000-square- foot open party pavilion and a commercial kitchen, according to a release. MONTGOMERY OAKS Montgomery Oaks is a new single-family community located on League Line Road in Conroe. The community has 40 homes under construction that range from 40- to 50-foot-wide lots. According to the community, Montgomery Oaks will also begin construction on a pool and fitness center in June. Size: 62 acres (sections 2-3) Timeline: opening summer 2023

THE VIC The Vic is an apartment community under construction in Pinemarket at Woodforest in Montgomery. According to a Dec. 22 news release, the complex will feature amenities such as a dog park, fitness center, a pool with a built-in swim-up bar, a clubhouse and a pickleball court. Preleasing began Dec. 22. Size: 13 acres Timeline: opening spring 2023
