Prior to starting the business, Oliveri was working at Apple and found himself helping a friend who was trying to install security and audio systems for his restaurant. After seeing how they struggled working with the system’s integra- tor—the person or company who helps bring the end product all together—the business idea for Mero Concepts snowballed, Oliveri said.

We’re going to use common goods, but we’re going to personalize it to you. … How do we make it really simple for the end user?”
