Neighboring Parkway Bible Church sold 10 acres of its 52-acre property to developer Spar- row Partners for the construction of Amberlin Pugerville, according to an announcement from Sparrow Partners. The development’s one- and two-bedroom units will range in size from 615-1,285 square feet.

Originally slated to open in fall 2022, Amberlin has faced several delays in opening, including supply chain issues and problems getting power supplied to the facility because of the February ice storm that aected tens of thousands of Central Texas homes and businesses, the repre- sentative said.

A 325-unit apartment complex is coming to a 10.85-acre parcel of land near Old Settlers Boulevard in Round Rock. City sta said most of the land is planned for residential use, but 2.12 acres are zoned for commercial use with more specic plans not yet available. At a June 8 City Council meeting, a repre- sentative for developer Performance Services Real Estate 7 LLC said the company will limit structures to four stories and parking struc- tures to 4.5 stories, citing privacy concerns of nearby residents.

Flood plain updates change plans for Round Rock multifamily project
