Texas State Technical College is building a new campus in Seguin and expanding programs in New Braunfels to prepare students for high-demand industries like advanced manufacturing, construction and transportation. Josh Schneuker, executive director of the Seguin Economic Development Corp., called it “a vital addition” to the region. New Braunfels Mayor Neal Linnartz also supported the expansion.
