Paradigm Brewery celebrated its one-year anniversary in December. “We have a lot of people who hav- en’t been here,” he said. “We hear a lot of, ‘We didn’t know that y’all had a restaurant’ or ‘We didn’t know y’all were in Tomball.’ So we hope people will come here and be ready to mingle. We encourage people to come out and make new friends.”

“The main reason we opened this business is because we wanted to have our own stamp in the commu- nity and do what we think is right,” Josh said. “The name ‘Paradigm’ comes from setting a standard, and we wanted to show what we think the standard is.” The Schwaigers opened Paradigm Brewery, located within the Tomball Business & Technology Park, in December 2021 with partners Chris Juergen and Greg Windholz. Since opening, the business has donated
