Cibolo BBQ Cookoff The 10th Annual Cibolo BBQ Cookoff invites the community to enjoy local barbecue and help judge which is the best. Alongside the barbecue competition, a 5K race, a cornhole tournament and other activities will be held. The event serves as a fundraiser to support scholarship opportunities for Schertz-Cibolo-

Jr. Fishing Day Girls and boys from ages 13 years and younger are invited to enjoy Junior Fishing Day at Live Oak’s Main City Park. This event is focused on community fishing and encouraging youth to get involved with the activity. Guests are encouraged to bring their own equipment. A limited supply of equipment will be available for those without a fishing rod. Armed Forces Day Parade The City of Live Oak invites the community to honor all past and present members of the military. Schertz Movies in the Park Schertz residents can enjoy a summer filled with movies at different Schertz parks.
