Mother Nature’s Cafe serves fresh smoothies, teas in Round Rock After nine years of blending smoothies at Mother Nature’s Cafe in Round Rock, owner Man Mohan Sharma has it down to a science. As a nutritionist and author of several books focused on health, Sharma said he is committed to serving smoothies that promote the health and wellness of customers. What’s on the menu Mother Nature’s Cafe oers smoothies, teas and to-go powders with plant-based ingredients and no added sugars. Some of the most popular menu items include the Mango Protein Smoothie, Green Turmeric Tea and the Belly Buster Smoothie. Sharma said recipes take him anywhere from days to months to perfect. He created the Belly Buster based on daily ber intake recommenda- tions and developed the queen’s choice smoothie to address his wife’s health and hormone needs. “Every smoothie is like my child,” Sharma said. What else? According to Sharma, his inspiration behind the business came from his passion for food and helping people. Now, Sharma said his clientele is made up of around 80%-90% of repeat customers. Along with serving drinks, Sharma also shares his nutrition knowledge with customers and oers dietary planning services. “I don’t sell any medication. I don’t promote any company.
