7 Wyoming Springs Segment 1 Project: This project will construct a new four-lane divided roadway, extending over Brushy Creek from Creek Bend Boulevard to Old Settlers Boulevard. Update: Construction began in December 2024 and is approximately 25% complete. • Timeline: Completion expected in fall 2026 • Cost: $25.9 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 8 Chisholm Trail North Widening Project: The city is widening the remaining two-lane road section to match the existing five-lane section from North Chisholm Trail to South I-35. Update: Construction is underway and approximately 70% complete. • Timeline: Completion expected in spring 2026 • Cost: $6.77 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 9 CR 112 Project: The city is reconstructing the existing two-lane CR 112 to a six-lane divided roadway. Update: Construction is underway and approximately 15% complete. • Timeline: Completion expected in fall 2026 • Cost: $54.5 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue, impact fees 10 Harrell Parkway Reconstruction Project: The project will reconstruct the rural roadway, add left turn lanes, upgrade low-water crossings at McNutt Creek and improve lighting. Update: Construction is underway. • Timeline: Completion expected in spring 2026 • Cost: $25 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 11 Chisholm Trail South Project: The project includes full reconstruction of Chisholm Trail Road from Sam Bass Road to RM 620. Update: Construction began July 1 • Timeline: Expected roadway completion in 2025– 2026. Pedestrian improvements TBD. • Cost: $4.26 million for construction • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 12 Greenlawn Boulevard Project: This project will reconstruct Greenlawn Boulevard from an existing four-lane divided roadway to a six-lane divided urban roadway. Update: Construction contract awarded and expected to begin this summer • Timeline: Completion expected in summer 2027 • Cost: $13.95 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 13 Mays Street Bridge Wall Stabilization Project Project: This project includes construction of ground anchors to stabilize retaining walls; replacement of roadway approach, sidewalks, and rail painting. Update: Construction started in July • Timeline: Completion expected by summer 2026 • Cost: $2 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue

1 Kenney Fort Boulevard Segments 5 & 6 Project: This segment will connect Old Settlers Boulevard to University Boulevard and will be a six-lane divided urban facility with signals, bridges, pedestrian elements and lighting. Update: 60% completion of design work • Timeline: Construction expected to begin in early 2026 • Cost: $4.5 million for design • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue and CO bonds 2 Hwy. 79 Improvements from I-35 to A.W. Grimes Boulevard Project: This is a long-term project in the early planning phases that would create a six-lane divided roadway with a raised median and shared-use paths, from I-35 to just past A.W. Grimes Boulevard. Although this is a TxDOT road, the city of Round Rock is moving forward with design to prioritize this project’s timeline. Update: City Council approved a $1.3 million contract in February for preliminary engineering work only and the estimated design total at this time is $4 million. • Timeline: TBD • Cost: TBD Project: Reconstruct existing four-lane roadway to six lanes with median, intersection and pedestrian improvements from Via Sonoma Trail to Red Bud Lane. Update: Design 100% completed and the project will be bid this summer • Timeline: Construction will begin this fall and finish winter 2027 • Cost: $20 million estimated construction funding • Funding source: CO bonds and Type B sales tax revenue • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue 3 Gattis School Road Segment 6

4 Gattis School Road Segment 3 Project: This project includes expanding the existing four-lane roadway to a six-lane divided road with updated pedestrian and bicycle facilities, turn lanes and other features. This is the first in a series of projects to improve Gattis School Road. Update: Construction is underway and approximately 50% complete. • Timeline: Completion expected in fall 2026 • Cost: $33 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue, CO bonds, Texas Department of Transportation loan 5 Old Settlers Boulevard Extension Project: Old Settlers Boulevard will connect Red Bud Lane to CR 110, creating a new four-lane roadway with a center median and twin bridges over McNutt Creek. Update: Construction is underway and approximately 35% complete. • Timeline: Completion expected in spring 2026 • Cost: $23.4 million • Funding source: Type B sales tax revenue, CO bonds, Williamson County Road Bond Program 6 Red Bud Lane North Project: This project will expand the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided road with intersection and pedestrian improvements.
