Magnolia Village

Tribes Church

Highland Village City Council approved the nal steps for development of the Magnolia Village subdivision at a Nov. 11 meeting. The approximately 4.35 acre-community is located at 102 Barnett Blvd. DJB Development, the site’s developer, requested a zoning change to allow patio homes in 2024. Per city documents, the development includes: • 25 lots for new single-family patio homes

Argyle Town Council approved the site plan for Tribes Church at the Nov. 17 meeting. The church will be located on 6.96 acres and include a 194-seat sanctuary and chil- dren’s area, according to town documents. Construction will begin in March 2026 and take a year to complete, said Gavin Papit, the lead pastor at Tribes Church.

The Magnolia Village subdivision will include 25 lots for single-family patio homes.

In addition, the face of all garage doors cannot be closer than 20 feet from the edge of any side- walk within the community. City sta also specied that the builder must plant two 4-inch trees in the front yard of each house in the community, per city documents.

Flower Mound’s planning and zoning commis- sion approved a subdivision site plan for a 14-home neighborhood called Pine Hill in mid-November. Because no modications were requested, no council approval was required for the site plan. The neighborhood will include 14 single-family homes in the subdivision, which is located o of FM 1171 near the Grace Park neighborhood. Lots within the neighborhood must be at least 8,000
