CONROE The growing city of Conroe borders Lake Conroe. Population growth in the city outpaced that of Montgomery County from 2016-21.

MONTGOMERY The Montgomery area is served by Montgomery ISD, where 9,536 new housing units are projected through 2030 as of a 2021 demographics report.

WILLIS The Willis area is projected to see 19,662 new housing units through 2030 within Willis ISD boundaries as of a 2021 WISD demographic study.
