The new restaurant will move into the former location of Verneles New Orleans Bakery Cafe at 330 N. Main St. in downtown Conroe. Owner San Cheng said he is hoping for a March opening. The coffeehouse will serve banh mi, banh bao, stir fry, rice, bowls, hot pot, drip coffee infused with Vietnamese milk and fruit teas. Contact information for the new coffeehouse was not available before press time. 11 Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will be open- ing a new location at 10463 Hwy. 242, Conroe, this spring.
