7 Georgetown Palace Theatre The historic theater is closed after the January cold snap caused pipes to burst, which resulted in flood damage. The building will require significant repairs and renovations, including replacing its sound system, a portion of its seating and parts of the stage. The facility is now operated by Dhruve Mistry following Kevin MacWatters retirement.
