Ranch Road Jewelry owner George Poe has been in the jewelry industry since he was 20.
“When they come in here and they say, ‘George, you made this ring 40 years ago or 30 years ago.’ [It’s] awesome that not only did I make it then, but they’re still following me,” Poe said. Meet the team Ranch Road Jewelry has a small team with decades of experience, each of them adding value to the business, Poe said. The team prioritizes customer service through creating a pressure-free, comfortable and trusting environment, said Poe. “Everybody needs to be treated equally,” Poe said. “And whether it be a $10 watch battery or a $10,000 wedding ring, they should have the same respect.”
Ranch Road Jewelry serves over 50 clients daily, according to Poe, with nearly 10 di erent services, from high end watch repair, traditional retail, pearl stringing, purchasing gold and more. The retail selection includes a range of natural diamonds, lab diamonds, wedding sets, earrings, necklaces, estate jewelry and watches. According to Poe, his favorite item to sell is a wedding ring. “It’s a super exciting time for the rst time buyer—the 18-year-old or 20-year-old couple that’s getting their rings—and I get to design it,” Poe said.
