President Biden calls for court reforms In his first visit to Austin since taking office, President Joe Biden underscored his administration’s efforts to protect civil rights and called for sweeping reforms to the U.S. Supreme Court on July 29. Biden commemorated the 60th anni- versary of the Civil Rights Act at the LBJ Presidential Library at The University of Texas.
