JUDSON ISD Across the 28 campuses in Judson ISD, nine had a decrease in population, and all but three campuses have more than 50% of students classied as being economically disadvantaged. ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED These students are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, come from a family with an income below the poverty line, or are eligible for other specic benets.
