IN N OUT BURGER Construction is nearing completion on an In-N-Out Burger at 1717 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands. The building was anticipated to be completed Aug. 1. Mike Abbate, assistant vice president of real estate and development for In-N-Out, said a precise opening date was not available as of July 26.
COPENDERO GUN RANGE Construction is continuing on the Copendero Gun Range located at 28075 Robinson Road, Oak Ridge North. When completed later this year, the space will feature state-of-the-art indoor ri e, pistol and archery ranges with a cafe/co ee bar and lounge. Space: 32,000 square feet Timeline: early 2021-late 2022
VALENCIA IN WOODSON’S RESERVE
The build-out of the Valencia community in Woodson’s Reserve is nearing completion. Information from builders Toll Brothers indicates the community is sold out as of July 26. Space: TBD Timeline: TBD
