A representative from the city of Pflugerville confirmed the city issued a site development permit Feb. 10 for a Kohl’s store to be built at that location. Kohl’s representatives have not yet responded to repeated requests for comment on the new store, but infor- mation from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states the $3.4 million build is scheduled to begin May 1 and finish in mid-October. Kohl’s sells a variety of clothing and jewelry as well as electronics, furniture, decor, and bed and bath products. www.kohls.com
