Located at the southeast corner of East Pugerville Parkway and Wilke Ridge Lane, Amberlin Pugerville will oer wellness-ori- ented living for residents 55 and older with a focus on helping resi- dents stay socially and physically active. REE Automotive to open company’s rst NorthAmericanHQ in east Pugerville

Construction crews began work in March on the site for the future Switch data center adjacent to the Dell Technologies global headquarters campus in Round Rock. This is the rst phase of site devel- opment, according to city of Round Rock Assistant Director of Planning and Development Bradley Dushkin. Crews are carrying out utility reloca- tions and excavation for underground stormwater detention. Dushkin said crews should begin work on the rest of the Switch site in two to three months. Switch is a high-performing computing technology infrastructure company, and its Tier 5 data center in Round Rock will be its fth campus, called The Rock. Robert Elliott, Switch senior vice president of government and public aairs, told Community Impact News- paper the project is anticipated to cost “hundreds of millions of investment” by the time it is fully built out. Israel-based electric vehicle tech- nology company REE Automotive plans to open its rst North Amer- ican headquarters and integration center in Pugerville following action by city ocials. On March 22, Pugerville City Council approved an economic development performance agree- ment between the Pugerville Community Development Corp. and REE Automotive. The agreement will provide up to $1 million in grants to REE provided the company invests $24.75 million and creates 125 full-time jobs over an eight-year period. “REE’s North American head- quarters and integration center is an excellent t for our diverse and talented workforce ... and provides growth opportunities for the state

The headquarters will occupy a 120,000-square-foot building in the One Thirty Business Park, located near the intersection of East Pecan Street and SH 130.
