Hartwood at Sloan Corners Project: The community includes 479 units and is located within the Sloan Corners development by Billingsley Co. Apartment amenities include a full- size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets, Billingsley Co. representative Kristi Willis said. Update: Leasing is underway. Alta Preserve Project: The 311-unit multifamily community Alta Preserve will include one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. It will also feature amenities such as an indoor and outdoor skydeck, a resort- style pool, a golf simulator and more, JaRyCo Development President Bruce Heller said.
