Sushi Haya oers all-you- can-eat, a la carte menu Fifteen-year sushi chef Ricky Yu opened Sushi Haya—an all-you-can-eat restaurant—in the north Houston area in November 2022 and expanded with a second location earlier this year in Cypress. Yu said his experience as a restaurant owner began in 2009 while operating Sushi Choo Choo o FM 1960. Six years later, he was inspired to open a restaurant with an all-you-can-eat concept. What’s special about it? Sushi Haya’s all-you-can-eat menu is $19.95 for lunch and $29.95 for dinner. The dining experience includes a choice of miso soup or salad to start and several appetizer options including edamame, beef tataki, peppercorn tuna and yellowtail jalapeno, among others. The menu also includes classics such as fried rice and teriyaki, hibachi, various specialty rolls, hand- rolled sushi options and single sushi options.
