However, there is no opening timeline yet for the new location. The restaurant will be located at 927 Hwy. 80, which was previously home to Italian chain Fazoli’s. Fazoli’s closed its doors in March. There is no open- ing timeline yet for the new location. The building was previously home to Mucho Taco and is located at 1109 N. I-35. El Pollo Rico serves carne asada, caldo de pollo, quesadillas, taquitos and more.
