The city of Kyle will host its annual Pie in the Sky festival. There will be tethered hot air balloon rides, a glow show, reworks and pie events. The race is the rst 16 miles of the longer Texas Water Safari route from San Marcos City Park to the Staples FM 1977 bridge. Registration begins at 8 a.m. The cut-o deadline to reach FM 1979 and the Martindale Bridge is noon.
