On the menu Bianca Nunez said Juanita’s Mexican Kitchen menu consists of Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican recipes passed down from her grandmother. “A lot of our dishes, like our rice, have that homemade taste to it,” Bianca Nunez said. The restaurant’s head chef, Antonio Mata, came on board 21 years ago and has mastered the Nunez recipes while creating his own. Popular dishes that come from the family include the mole enchiladas and enchiladas poblanas, two varieties of enchiladas made with homemade tortillas and homemade sauces.
