KNP Social updates concept to amusement for all
The venue also features 33 arcade games, six axe-throwing lanes, one multi-sport virtual reality bay and 10 di erent sports on the VR bay. The inspiration Paul Davis said the idea for KNP was born out of a need for more family-friendly entertainment options in Pearland. The revamped version of the entertainment venue is an e ort to continue growing as their children age, he said. “Now, I’m looking at my son in high school and asking where his friends are going,” Paul Davis said. “Why don’t [they] have something in our commu- nity that [we] can go and enjoy together? And so that’s where the premise of this comes from.”
Co-owners and Pearland residents Paul and Lucrecia Davis founded Kid N Play to have a place in their neighborhood to spend time with their kids. The business rebranded and relocated to an upgraded venue along Broadway Street in Novem- ber 2023. It’s now known as KNP Social. The business will have a one-year anniversary party on Nov. 17, utilizing the front and back patios and indoor spaces to reintroduce themselves to the community, Paul Davis said. What to expect KNP Social spans 5,000 square feet, with ample seating and a full menu with appetizers, entrees and crafted cocktails, including hand-tossed piz- zas, nachos and a smoked tequila old fashioned.
