FEBRUARY 2022 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA Vacancy rates in Cy-Fair’s oce and retail real estate sectors by late February were nearly the same as the same time frame in 2021. Industrial vacancy rates, however, dropped from 14% to less than 8% year over year. Industrial development continues to ramp up with another 1.8 million square feet under construction.
