6 Rockman Coffee & Bakeshop Austin pastry chef Amanda Rockman will open her first solo bakery and coffee shop in East Austin. The shop will have dining and lounge areas with a pickup window for online orders. Rockman will offer bagels, pastries, sandwiches and desserts.
