HIGHLIGHTS FROMTHISMONTH

FROMDEEDA: The goal for the past 18 months has been to remain free from illness. It’s a challenge many of us accepted without fully realizing how dicult it would be. This month we are delivering our annual Health Care Edition, including the latest medical news with the hopes it will help us all be more proactive about our health. Please enjoy and be well! FROM JACK: In February, we tried to stay warm as the numbers on our thermostats fell in our homes and apartments. When the storm was over, we hoped Texans would never go through that again. Now, as temperatures warm, energy grid conditions could again be tight. Reporter Ben Thompson explains the situation we face this summer. Jack Flagler, EDITOR jagler@communityimpact.com

Our purpose is to be a light for our readers, customers, partners and each other.
