If elected, what would be your top priorities?

My team and I work nonstop with other o- cials to deliver the best services and results for our Collin County neighborhoods, fami- lies and business community. Over the next four years, we will continue to work together to keep Collin County the best place to be.

Mental health and public safety response procedures; establish an oce of emergency management; employee retention; increase transparency with one nightly meeting per month; broadcast meetings on social media; and ensure public comments at meetings.

[I would] continue to have Denton County be a leader in collaboration to attract quality jobs, invest in transportation improvements and work with our nonprots to tackle tough issues. These priorities have been the hallmark of my term as county judge.

[I would] 1) assess the feasibility of develop- ing a county hospital; 2) establish a resource center to provide assistance for families who [have] children with special needs; [and] 3) evaluate our current operational systems and identify areas to increase eciencies.

In 2020, I stood strong to defend the liberties and the livelihoods of all Texans. The results are clear now. Today, Collin County is arguably the healthiest, safest and strongest county in Texas. Collin County also has the lowest county property tax rate in Texas. Combat fentanyl; terminate the jail health care contract with Wellpath LLC; establish a program to reduce homelessness in Collin County; establish a functional oce of emer- gency management to mitigate and prepare for emergency situations. What are some new ideas or programs you would like the county to explore?

Create a resource center where families who have kids with disabilities are able to get support and assistance. That can be easily implemented and will touch the lives of our citizens. Another initiative would be to build a county hospital to keep up with growth.

I am deeply concerned about the alarming statistics about suicide in Denton County and the growing trend of mental health issues among our residents. I am working with our strategic partners and nonprots to [im- prove] access to mental health treatment.
