City of West University Place Officials with the City of West University Place announced Dec. 12 the city has retained its Silver Scenic City Certification through 2028. The city has now been certified for three consecutive periods after first being certified in 2013. The certification is
given out by the Scenic Texas, the nonprofit advocacy group that works to preserve and recognize scenic infrastructure in the state, including cities, parks and public spaces along roadways. • www.westutx.gov
