PEARLAND Pearland experienced 37.89% population growth in the last 10 years. During that time, the city’s white population dropped from about 60% of Pearland’s total population in 2010 to 42.53% in 2020.
FRIENDSWOOD Friendswood’s population increased by 15.1% in the last 10 years. Unlike Pearland, Friendswood’s white population remained the overwhelming majority, making up 73.93% of its total population.
