New developments to drive area growth There are three major projects underway or nearing completion in Keller, Roanoke and north- east Fort Worth designed to draw new residents and visitors to the area. What’s happening? Bella Casa, a new neighborhood in Keller, now has the rst fully built homes for sale, and lots are still available for purchase, sales associate Holly Henderson said. A portion of the Roanoke Sports Complex is expected to open by fall 2026. The new complex will serve as an economic driver and is expected to bring in two million visitors annually, according to previous reporting. Resia North City is a new apartment complex with two mid-rise buildings and 464 units. The apartments will have a range of amenities, Community Impact previously reported.

1 Bella Casa subdivision Keller City Council rst approved the 31-lot plan by rezoning the land in 2023 and approved the site plan in the spring of 2024.
