Project: Median improvements will occur along FM 1709 from Bourland Road to Pearson Lane. Improvements include adding plants, decomposed granite and mulch. Update: The project was approved at the Dec. 2 Keller City Council meeting. • Timeline: Construction will start early 2026 and last seven months • Cost: $1.02 million • Funding source: city of Keller, Texas Department of Transportation 2 Ray White Road widening improvements Project: Ray White Road will be widened to four lanes between Mirage Drive and the bridge over Bear Creek. The project includes modifying the roundabout on Ray White Road and Park Vista Boulevard. Update: The portion of the roundabout located at Wyndrook Street is closed for construction as of Dec. 1. Neighborhood traffic can enter and exit using Hillcroft Road. Bison Court will remain open to Wall Price Keller. • Timeline: expected completion by spring 2027 • Cost: $22 million Project: The work includes reconstructing the road; improving utilities and drainage; and adding parking, sidewalks, landscaping and wayfinding signage. Update: Completed work includes the installation of a new waterline from Keller Parkway to Pecan Street, regrading Bear Creek Parkway and removing existing drain pipes from Keller Parkway to Bates Street. • Timeline: expected completion by summer 2028 • Cost: $28.01 million • Funding source: city of Fort Worth 3 Elm Street reconstruction • Funding source: city of Keller, Tarrant County 4 Mount Gilead and Roanoke Road hike and bike trail connector Project: The project includes building a 10-foot sidewalk connecting Woodborough Lane to Roanoke Road. Update: A 10-foot trail from Woodborough Lane to Roanoke Road was finished and 650 feet of 6-foot

Update: The Denton County Commissioners Court awarded the project to JR West Texas Concrete on Nov. 4. • Timeline: Jan. 31, 2026-May 2026 • Cost: $5 million • Funding source: Denton County, city of Fort Worth 6 North Beach Street and Champions View Parkway traffic signal Project: A traffic light will be installed at the intersection of North Beach Street and Champions View Parkway. WESTERN CENTER BLVD.
HIGHTOWER DR. Intersection improvements include new sidewalks, crosswalks, ramps and accessible pedestrian signals. Update: The median work is 90% complete; the installation of the traffic and pedestrian signal MID CITIES BLVD. infrastructure is 80% complete; and the installation of ADA ramps, crosswalks and striping is 70% complete. • Timeline: September 2025-March 2026 • Cost: $2 million • Funding source: city of Fort Worth 7 Keller Hicks Road improvements Project: The project involves installing a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista Boulevard to Lauren Way. Update: The first culvert was finished in October and a second culvert will be done by January, which will open the road to one-way traffic. Storm drainage installation will begin in January and grading and paving will start around May. • Timeline: expected completion by spring 2027 • Cost: $23.94 million • Funding source: city of Fort Worth
