Owner Brett is a highly sarcastic, sweets-loving, never stops for a minute, retired Richardson firefighter. He and his family opened the flagship Tongue in Cheek Ice Cream shop in Richardson in 2019, following 25 years of firefighting and paramedic service with the city. Brettʼs love of cooking and ice cream fueled his passion for creating gourmet homemade ice creams using only premium ingredients. As a nod to Brettʼs life as a firefighter, we designed our theme around the typical sarcastic firehouse camaraderie. We are excited to serve you at our second location, now open in Plano!
