Update: Oak Ridge North in July approved the company Quiddity to perform end-to-end construction management. Delays with Entergy’s relocation plans have set the project back to begin in the fall, according to city o•cials. • Timeline: fall 2023-late 2024 • Cost: $6 million • Funding source: city of Oak Ridge North SAWDUST RD. Spring 99 TOLL FM 1488 median Project: Crews will construct a raised median along FM 1488 from Mostyn Drive in Magnolia to I-45. Update: A TxDOT project to add a raised median along FM 1488 east of Magnolia continues to see delays. The project was slated to begin in the ›rst quarter of 2023 and was 9% complete as of a September update from TxDOT. • Timeline: ¡irst quarter 2023-fourth quarter 2025 • Cost: $10.23 million • Funding sources: TxDOT, federal

4 Kuykendahl Road lane extension at Bay Branch Drive Project: The left-turn lane was extended on northbound Kuykendahl Road at Bay Branch Drive. Update: Concrete pouring was completed Aug. 14, followed by curb installation and striping, according to Montgomery County Precinct 3. A ™ashing yellow arrow was also added at the intersection. The project was completed Aug. 16. • Timeline: August • Cost: $123,315 • Funding source: Montgomery County Precinct 3

CREEKSIDE GREEN DR.

1 Grogans Mill Road and Research Forest Drive turn lane construction Project: Turn lane improvements at Research Forest Drive and Grogans Mill Road will extend the westbound acceleration lane from southbound Grogans Mill to westbound Research Forest as well as the westbound Research Forest lane to northbound Grogans Mill. Update: Work on the eastbound lane was scheduled to begin after utility pole relocation is completed, according to engineer John Bleyl. The project is being managed by Montgomery County Precinct 2. • Timeline: January-TBD • Cost: $240,000 • Funding sources: Montgomery County Precinct 2, Texas Department of Transportation
