Bella Bella Mozzarella brings taste of Italy to Frisco

What’s special about it The owners said it is important for them to give back to the community, and as a result, they have formed a partnership with local schools. “We give kids in the elementary schools a free cheese pizza when they reach certain achieve- ments, and we support middle school athletic events,” Sirri said. “Sometimes, [schools] do fundraising events in the restaurant itself. We give them special pricing and a percentage that we give back to the [Parent Teacher Association].”

A passion for restaurants brought three friends together to open Bella Bella Mozzarella. The owners, Sam Sirri, Yahya Mnajed and Mike Almansoor, opened the restaurant in April 2022, Sirri said. “It’s a hobby, cooking pasta,” Mnajed said. “We decided to turn this hobby into a business.” Mnajed said when he rst moved to the United States from Syria, where Sirri is also from, he decided to work in the restaurant industry. What’s on the menu? It was important to have something on the menu for everyone, and most items are halal, Sirri said. One of the most popular dishes, Mnajed said,
