Hotworx Hotworx utilizes dry sauna spaces for members to do isometrics, yoga, Pilates and high-intensity interval training, such as a short 15-minute routine of rowing or cycling. The infrared energy in the heated studio helps members speed up their metabolism and take less time to warm up before beginning resistance training, according to the website.
