UPTOWN SALONS CREEKSIDE The development of an Uptown Salons at 26820 Kuykendahl Road, Tomball, is underway but has been slowed by supply chain issues, according to owner John Boretski. The location will have space for 100 associates in a variety of specialties. Space: 2 acres Timeline: March 2021-June 2022
COPENDERO GUN RANGE Work is progressing on the Copendero Gun Range, located on Robinson Road in Oak Ridge North, after additional supplies were delivered in November. When completed, the space will feature state-of-the- art indoor rifle, pistol and archery ranges with a cafe/ coffee bar and lounge. Space: 32,000 square feet Timeline: early 2021-early 2022
FORMER LEXICON SITE Construction is underway at the site of the former Lexicon Pharmaceuticals headquarters at 8800 Technology Forest Place, The Woodlands. The first phase of development is anticipated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022. Information about the tenants was not available as of press time. Space: TBD Timeline: 2021-fourth quarter 2022
