The most recent real estate data from the Four Rivers Association of Realtors showed homes under contract—when compared between January 2022 and January 2023—decreased in New Braunfels. The number of new listings, however, increased in both of the city’s ZIP codes. The median home price across the city went up 15.4% to $398,000 in that same time frame. There were 3.5 months of housing inventory.
