It’s safe to say there’s plenty of Tex-Mex places around here,” Hunsicker said. “This gave us the opportunity to ll a need, but more importantly, it felt it lled the space with what the space really needed—a British pub.”

As the owners of The Derbyshire in Frisco, father-daughter duo Matt and Krimsyn Hunsicker have found that sharing responsibilities is a divided house situation. On the menu The restaurant serves a combination of British cuisine such as sh and chips and bangers and mash but they also have a wide variety of non-Brit inspired dishes. Other items include wings, salads, chicken sandwiches and more.
