CY FAIR* Cy-Fair is primarily located in unincorporated Harris County but also includes the city of Jersey Village. An estimated 21,400 housing units have been added within Cy-Fair ISD’s boundaries in the past ve years, according to data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey. The community’s population grew by more than 52,000 residents in that time.
