Naturally Cafe serves up artisanal sandwiches

U.K. restaurateur, Minesh Agnihotri, stands as new owner of Naturally Cafe in Gruene Lake Village, New Braunfels.

The cafe oers vegan soups, salads and sand- wiches, such as the Undercover Club—a sandwich complete with ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar and havarti cheese, lettuce and tomato. Naturally Cafe oers tartines and gluten-free desserts. Naturally Cafe also serves homemade quiche, handcrafted smoothies and fresh-squeezed juices. The outlook Agnihotri said he wants to focus on creating an environment where people feel comfortable to eat. “I really want to get to know the clientele so we can make more of what they want,” he said. Agnihotri also said he wants to participate in more community events and introduce UK dishes.

Natural, health-centric food brings people together, said Minesh Agnihotri’s, which is why he decided to take ownership of Naturally Cafe. The focus for the cafe is “good food, good mood,” he said. A restaurateur hailing from Brighton, England and a knack for business, Agnihotri began transitioning into life and entrepreneurship in the United States in 2024. He took ownership of Naturally Cafe in December 2025. Respecting the craft Naturally Cafe sources its ingredients from Tex- as-based farmers. Naturally Cafe has entrees for patrons that are vegan, gluten and lactose related dietary restrictions.
