5 Grand Oaks Shopping Center According to lings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction on Grand Oaks Shopping Center was set to begin on July 1 and nish on Dec. 14. The shopping center will consist of four main buildings ranging in size from 7,200 square feet to 9,600 square feet, according to marketing materials. According to the lings, the total estimated cost for all four buildings is over $19 million.
