oers high intensity interval training classes, Crane said. “We [have] 30 minutes [classes] so anyone can t it into their schedule,” Crane said. Additionally, the business oers a class for people who are 55 years or older called Fit Body Forever. The class intends to increase strength, build stamina and boost stability. The class is longer than a regular Fit Body workout at 45 minutes and includes intentional exercises. What else? The gym is community based and features a “Wall of Fame” where patrons can celebrate their tness progress. Crane said building a community within the gym helps members stay motivated.
