The Gallery, for example, will incorporate an art gallery for the community and its local creatives, according to information shared by CAP Multifamily. Both The Platform and The Beacon will offer fitness centers and either storage or co-working spaces. Why now? CAP Multifamily developers have been quietly DNT TOLL working behind the scenes for around two years but said they are ready to introduce themselves and their projects to The Rail District Community. The Rail District is considered one of the amenities offered with the apartments, Aaron and Patton said. “CAP has successfully developed projects throughout the Dallas metroplex and believe we are offering our residents a superior lifestyle alternative to the “big box” apartments which inhibit authentic community and neighbor engagement,” according to a statement on CAP Multifamily’s website.

Each building, all of which were described as luxury residential, has under 35 units. The Gallery and The View share a section of Ash Street, which developers said they hope will turn the street into a “boulevard” overlooking the incoming Fourth Street
