3 Legacy Drive and Stonebrook Parkway widening and reconstruction Project: A portion of Legacy Drive and a small portion of Stonebrook Parkway will be reconstructed and widened. Update: City officials expect to send the project out to bid for a contractor in early 2026. • Timeline: 2026-mid-2027 • Cost: $15 million

Update: The roundabout project is currently on hold. The delay is due to some right-of-way issues currently being resolved, according to a city social media post.

• Timeline: TBD-late 2025 • Cost: $3.9 million

• Funding source: city of Frisco and a mix of federal dollars and transportation development credits 7 Meadow Hill Drive and North County Road reconstruction Project: Two portions of Meadow Hill Drive, A between Rogers Road and North County Road and B from Home Drive to the street’s end, and a portion of North County Drive C from Meadow Hill Drive to All Stars Avenue, will see reconstruction begin in 2025. Update: Designs for the reconstructed roadways are 90% finished and slated to wrap up in early 2025. • Timeline: TBD-mid-2026 • Cost: $3.7 million • Funding source: city of Frisco
