Oak Ridge North names police chief The city of Oak Ridge North has named Lt. Marcus Teske the new chief of police, and he was sworn in Feb. 9. His appointment follows the dismissal of Police Chief Ken Foulch at City Council’s Jan. 26 meeting. The context Teske brings more than 20 years of service with the city of Oak Ridge North Police Department, having served in multiple leadership and operational roles throughout his career, according to the city.

Oak Ridge North approves permit for food pantry Oak Ridge North City Council has approved a permit for YC Foundation, a nonprofit organiza- tion, to open a community center for older adults as well as a food pantry in Oak Ridge North. What to know The district is a redeveloped area of Oak Ridge North along the intersection of Robinson and Hanna roads, and it will include multiple retail centers.
