[Customers] become my friends,” Zack said. “It’s not like I am trying to sell them.” Klik &Mortar also oers custom suits, shirts, tailoring services and many other requests a customer might have, Zack said. “We kind of do whatever you need; it is a one-stop shop,” he said. “I’m a little bit crazy, so it changes all the time.”
