NOW OPEN 1 Rosati’s Pizza opened a new location at 4150 FM 1488, Conroe, on May 9, according to a news release. The new location, the fourth in Texas, is the first one in the country to feature a drive-thru for customers to order from a limited menu. The Conroe location is owned by Michael Grosiak, according to the news release. The full menu is available via carryout and catering while delivery will
be offered soon, the release said. Rosati’s was established in Chicago in 1964 and is known for its four styles of pizza: tra- ditional thin crust, unique double dough, Chicago deep dish and stuffed.
