LEGACY RIDGE The build-out of Legacy Ridge in Creekside Park West on Legacy Drive is nearing completion. Thomas Grafton, sales representative with Partners in Building, said the nal lots are being nished, and the 30-home community has sold out. Information from Partners in
NORTH ITALIA The buildout of North Italia at The Woodlands Mall is continuing. According to Ted Harris, senior general manager at The Woodlands Mall, the project will be completed by the end of the year. North Italia is taking the place of Brio Italian Grille, which closed Feb. 22.
MEMORIAL HERMANN CLINIC The development of the Memorial Hermann Primary Care Clinic, which broke ground in March, is progressing on schedule, o cials said. The clinic will o er 34 exam rooms, endocrinology, sports medicine
and primary care services. Space: 200,000 square feet Timeline: March-December
